Get Up, Let's Get Moving !!

Being able to move our bodies is one of the most under appreciated gift that we possess as human beings.

We could have been created as stones or, as trees out of the elements of the universe; but instead we were made to be bipedal animals with immense  physical abilities and almost a limitless intellectual potential.

but ... question :

Why do we hate to move so much ?

Why do we hate to sweat ?

Why do we hate feeling soreness on our muscles ?

Why do we hate to exercise ?

Why why why ?

Keep in my mind though: be careful of what you take for granted today. One day, your body will betray you, you will crave simple things such as being able to walk but, it would be too late.

The goal of this post is to make you understand how much it is a blessing to be able to move and feel in your flesh.

Also, this post is a aim to challenge you to move, move and move your body !!!

The following are a few examples on how you could improve physical activity in your daily life :

  • Walk or jog at the park

  • Take a dance class

  • Join a soccer league

  • Play in the pool

  • Park  far away from the entrance when you go grocery shopping then carry your bags, by hand back to the car

  • Rent a U-Haul and do your moving yourself instead of hiring a company

  •  Ride your bike if you are running a quick errand to the corner store

  • Take a yoga class

  •  Use the stairs instead of the elevator

  • Get a gym membership

  • Hire a fitness professional

You shouldn't dread putting your body through physical activities and challenging your mental;

it is a must for your earthly longevity and your quality of life.

I hate to conclude this on a sour note, but after all we need to earn our "Rest In Peace" at the end of the day.
